In 90 days, we will conduct a comprehensive organizational review, facilitate determination of high-priority performance improvement initiatives, and lead operational teams to implement the agreed-upon actions.

Length-of-Stay Reduction

Nearly all hospitals have problem areas related to length of stay. Using our 90-Day Dash methodology, we will evaluate your opportunities for improvement, project an achievable target ALOS, and project related obtainable return on investment (ROI). If the ROI is significant, we will then develop an action plan to hit the target and will facilitate the project. In most cases, we are willing to go “at risk” for our fee to guarantee gains.
