This assessment combines a review of operational and performance data with an evaluation of organizational structure, communications, and culture to determine overall effectiveness. Specific recommendations and action plans are developed to significantly improve operational effectiveness.
3-Day Operational Review
This is a high performance, intense review that evaluates major functions and operational results of the organization with the objective of finding what needs significant improvement that will generate major returns. We will provide a team of appropriate composition to accomplish this work in three days on site (after appropriate data analysis and project pre-work).
Big Bang ROI Opportunities
This is a facilitated workshop conducted with team leaders and members from the organization and requires session pre-work and data analysis. The objective is to find and agree upon the high priority, high impact objectives that will generate major return on investment (ROI).

The effective organization must periodically jettison this excess weight to remain lean and effective. 90-Day Dash Performance Improvement
This is a high-intensity combination of organizational assessment and real-time performance improvement. In 90 days, we will conduct a comprehensive organizational review, facilitate determination of high-priority performance improvement initiatives, and lead operational teams to implement the agreed-upon actions.
Length-of-Stay Reduction
Nearly all hospitals have problem areas related to length of stay. Using our 90-Day Dash methodology, we will evaluate your opportunities for improvement, project an achievable target ALOS, and project related obtainable return on investment (ROI). If the ROI is significant, we will then develop an action plan to hit the target and will facilitate the project. In most cases, we are willing to go “at risk” for our fee to guarantee gains.
