Physician Integration Planning

Once physician integration strategic opportunities are decided upon, we are able to design an action plan that accomplishes the desired objective of integration. This Plan includes detailed strategies and tactics with assigned accountable parties.

Negotiations Facilitation

Often hospitals and health systems find it difficult to effectively and objectively negotiate integration arrangements with physicians, particularly those with other relationships (medical staff membership, current competitor, etc.). We provide experienced negotiators able to represent either side in these negotiations.
