Quality programs are notoriously ineffective, often sacrificing substance for show. We will evaluate the effectiveness of your programs, not only for compliance with various accreditation standards, but also to assure they are addressing the real quality issues of your organization in an efficient manner. Our work will create both an evaluation and an improvement work plan. Our consultants are trained to facilitate those improvement efforts if the organization chooses.

This program is usually undertaken after we have conducted a Quality Program Effectiveness Evaluation or an organization already knows they have significant quality system performance issues. We will use information from the evaluation to frame a quality system including manpower, accountability and communications recommendations.
